Parts Work

Parts work therapy is a transformative psychological approach that views the personality as composed of a community of various distinct parts, each with its own viewpoint, feelings, and history. This modality operates on the premise that these parts can sometimes be in conflict, leading to internal struggles and emotional disturbances. When we identify and understand these individual parts we nurture internal harmony and resolve psychological conflicts. Parts work therapy uses dialogue, creative visualization, and experiential techniques to integrate these parts into a cohesive self. This process brings healing and greater self-awareness.
