Eco-Psychology

“ The land is the real teacher. All we need as students is mindfulness.”
― Robin Wall-Kimmerer

The journey to lasting wellbeing often extends beyond exploration of our internal landscape, into the healing of our relationship to the environment we are part of. Eco-psychology is a therapeutic approach that acknowledges and explores the profound connection between human beings and the natural world. This orientation guides us towards deep remembrance of what it means to live well and sustainably. By fostering our relationship with nature, we can enhance mental well-being, a sense of belonging, and increased ecological awareness. This therapeutic lens can also offer refuge for those who are already engaged in the work of ecological restoration, struggling with ecological grief/ anxiety, or trying to find a personal path forward amidst the uncertainty of climate change.
